Special tool for products that must not whip during the mixing (available for UNPL 120 ECO/L, UNPL 200 ECO/L).

This tool has been created to mix in the final phase the two main components, white eggs and yolks with sugar together with the flour without stressing the gluten and then damaging the dough.
Appositely studied for light mixing as “Chiffon Cake” or “ Angel Cake” or “Biscuit à la Cullière”.
